Terms of Service for LaunchRadar

Welcome to LaunchRadar. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LaunchRadar mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Use of the App

• LaunchRadar is provided for App Store research, discovery, and personal or professional reference.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
• You may not attempt to modify, reverse engineer, exploit, overload, or disrupt the App.
• You are responsible for how you interpret and use information shown in the App.

2. Data and Accuracy

• The App may display data obtained from third-party sources, including Apple's public iTunes and App Store services.
• Availability, completeness, timing, formatting, screenshots, rankings, prices, app metadata, and other fields depend on those third-party sources and may vary by storefront, country, device, time, or request.
• Data may be missing, incomplete, delayed, stale, inaccurate, changed, removed, rate-limited, unavailable, or different from what appears elsewhere.
• LaunchRadar does not promise or guarantee real-time data, complete market coverage, uninterrupted access, continued availability of any source, or the accuracy, completeness, freshness, or fitness of third-party information.
• Third-party sources may change, restrict, discontinue, or remove data access at any time. Features depending on such data may stop working, change, or become unavailable without notice.
• The App is a research aid and should not be treated as financial, legal, business, or investment advice.

3. Watchlist and Local Data

• Watchlist data is stored locally on your device unless a future version clearly introduces optional sync.
• Local data may be lost if the App is deleted, device storage is cleared, or the operating system removes app data.
• We are not responsible for loss of local watchlist items, preferences, or app state.

4. Intellectual Property

• LaunchRadar's design, branding, code, text, and original materials are owned by Ugurcan Sari or licensed third parties.
• App Store data, app icons, screenshots, app names, and third-party metadata belong to their respective owners.
• You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or reproduce the App or its original content without written permission.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

• The App may offer optional paid features or subscriptions.
• All App Store purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple account.
• Refunds and billing issues must be handled through Apple unless applicable law requires otherwise.
• Pricing, availability, and included features may change over time.

6. Third-Party Services

• The App may rely on third-party services, including Apple's App Store and iTunes services.
• Third-party services operate independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
• We are not responsible for changes, outages, missing fields, delays, rate limits, errors, restrictions, removals, or other limitations from third-party services.

7. Updates and Changes

• The App may be updated to fix bugs, improve performance, change features, or adapt to external data source changes.
• Features may be added, modified, limited, or removed over time.
• Continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance of those changes.

8. Service Availability

• The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation.
• Service interruptions may occur due to technical issues, device conditions, network availability, App Store changes, or third-party outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ugurcan Sari shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the App, reliance on displayed data, service interruptions, or loss of local app data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
