Terms of Service for Grid Rush

Welcome to Grid Rush. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Grid Rush mobile application (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Use of the App

• Grid Rush is a puzzle game intended for general audiences, including children and families.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
• You may not attempt to modify, reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the App.
• The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Intellectual Property

• All content within the App including game mechanics, levels, visuals, audio, and text is the property of Ugurcan Sari or licensed third parties.
• Certain assets may be generated using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
• All assets are used exclusively within the App.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any part of the App without written permission.

3. In-App Purchases

• The App may offer optional in-app purchases.
• All transactions are processed securely through your Apple App Store account.
• All purchases are final except where refunds are required by law.
• Refund requests must be handled through the Apple App Store.
• Pricing and availability of purchases may change at any time.

4. Advertising and Analytics

• The App may display advertisements from third-party providers such as Google AdMob.
• Advertising providers may use anonymized identifiers to improve ad relevance.
• These services operate under their own privacy policies.
• Grid Rush does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information.

5. Data Privacy

• Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
• The App aims to comply with applicable privacy regulations including GDPR and COPPA where applicable.

6. Game Data and Progress

• Game progress, settings, achievements, and other gameplay data may be stored locally on your device.
• Data may also rely on device backups or external services.
• Game progress may be lost due to updates, reinstallations, device changes, operating system updates, or technical errors.
• We do not guarantee that any stored progress, achievements, or in-game data will always be recoverable.
• Ugurcan Sari is not responsible for any loss of saved data, scores, or progress.

7. Updates and Modifications

• The App may be updated periodically to fix bugs, improve performance, or introduce new features.
• Updates may modify gameplay mechanics, level design, scoring systems, or available content.
• We are not obligated to maintain compatibility with older devices or operating systems.
• Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Service Availability

• The App is provided on an "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, network issues, or third-party service disruptions.
• We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Device Compatibility

• The App is designed for supported mobile devices and operating systems.
• Performance may vary depending on device hardware or system configuration.
• We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices.

10. Third-Party Services

• The App may rely on third-party services such as app store platforms, advertising providers, analytics tools, or cloud infrastructure.
• These services operate independently and are governed by their own policies and terms.
• We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or practices of third-party providers.

11. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ugurcan Sari shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, service interruptions, device issues, or software incompatibility.

12. Maximum Liability

• Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total liability of Ugurcan Sari shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for in-app purchases within the previous 12 months.
• If the App is used free of charge, liability shall be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

13. Children

• Grid Rush may be used by children under parental supervision.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising app usage and managing device permissions.
• Parents are responsible for approving or restricting in-app purchases made by minors.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without notice if users violate these Terms or misuse the App.

15. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes relating to the App shall be resolved through legally permitted dispute resolution procedures, including arbitration where applicable.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
