Terms of Service for Grid Rush

Welcome to Grid Rush! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Grid Rush mobile application (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

• Grid Rush is a puzzle and reaction game designed for general audiences, including children and families.
• You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, or in ways that could harm, disable, or interfere with the app’s performance.
• The app is for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Intellectual Property

• All content, including visuals, text, audio, and game mechanics, is the property of Ugurcan Sari or licensed third parties.
• Certain assets may be generated using tools such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, and are used exclusively within the app.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any part of the app without written permission.

3. In-App Purchases

• Optional in-app purchases may be available. Transactions are processed securely by Apple via your App Store account.
• All purchases are final and subject to the Apple App Store Terms.

4. Advertising and Analytics

• The app may include non-personalized advertising provided by Google AdMob.
• AdMob may use anonymized identifiers to improve ad relevance, in compliance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
• No personally identifiable data is collected or shared by Grid Rush.

5. Data Privacy

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data practices.
• Grid Rush complies with GDPR, COPPA, and other applicable data protection laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Grid Rush is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ugurcan Sari is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the app.

8. Dispute Resolution

All legal matters or disputes relating to Grid Rush will be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where legally permitted.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted here with the updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
