Terms of Service for Football Widget 2026

Welcome to Football Widget 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Football Widget 2026 mobile application, widgets, related content, and services ("the App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Unofficial Fan-Based App

• Football Widget 2026 is an unofficial, fan-based app for football fans.
• The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to FIFA, UEFA, any football federation, league, club, team, player, tournament organizer, broadcaster, data provider, app store, or rights holder.
• All football names, schedules, match references, team names, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other protected materials belong to their respective owners.
• Any football references are used only for identification, commentary, fan information, and compatibility with user expectations.
• No official relationship, license, approval, sponsorship, or endorsement should be inferred.

2. Use of the App

• The App is provided for personal, non-commercial fan use.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
• You may not modify, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, exploit, resell, or disrupt the App or related services.
• You may not use the App in a way that infringes third-party intellectual property, data rights, broadcasting rights, database rights, or other legal rights.

3. Football Data and Accuracy

• The App may display football schedules, scores, standings, match status, team information, or other football-related information from third-party data sources, APIs, feeds, cached public information, or manual inputs.
• Football data may be incorrect, delayed, incomplete, duplicated, stale, unavailable, or changed without notice.
• Fixtures, kick-off times, lineups, scores, standings, venues, and tournament information may change because of official decisions, technical issues, weather, data-provider errors, rights restrictions, or production failures.
• We do not promise that any football data is official, complete, current, legal to rely on in every jurisdiction, or suitable for betting, professional, financial, travel, medical, emergency, or other high-stakes decisions.
• You should verify important football information with official sources.

4. Data Sources and Third-Party Services

• The App may depend on third-party APIs, football data providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, advertising services, app stores, operating system services, and network services.
• Third-party services can change pricing, terms, access permissions, data quality, rate limits, legal restrictions, or availability at any time.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, policies, actions, or failures of third-party services.
• If a third-party data source, API, app store, hosting provider, or operating system feature fails or changes, the App may partially or completely stop working.

5. Widgets and Service Availability

• Widgets may update less frequently than the main app because of operating system limits, battery-saving behavior, network conditions, background refresh settings, or platform restrictions.
• The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, real-time updates, error-free behavior, push delivery, widget refresh frequency, data availability, or permanent feature availability.
• Production incidents, maintenance, bugs, outages, API changes, app store delays, or device-specific issues may affect the App.
• We may not be able to fix every issue, recover every outage, restore every feature, or provide advance notice of downtime.

6. Intellectual Property

• The App design, original text, original artwork, code, layout, and related original materials are owned by Ugurcan Sari or licensed third parties.
• Football-related names, logos, competition names, team names, and other third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or reproduce the App or its original materials without written permission.

7. No Betting, Gambling, or Professional Advice

• The App is intended for fan information and entertainment only.
• The App is not a betting, gambling, prediction, financial, legal, professional, or official sports information service.
• You should not rely on the App for betting, gambling, trading, travel, attendance, legal, or other important decisions.

8. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Ads

• The App may include optional in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertisements.
• Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to that store's terms and refund policies.
• Prices, features, subscription benefits, and availability may change where permitted by law and platform rules.
• Advertising providers may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Privacy

• Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy.
• The App may use analytics, crash reporting, advertising, and third-party data services as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. User Preferences and Local Data

• The App may save preferences such as selected teams, widget settings, language, theme, or display options on your device or through platform services.
• Preferences and local data may be lost because of app deletion, updates, device changes, operating system changes, storage cleanup, backup failures, bugs, or production incidents.
• We do not guarantee that preferences, saved data, or widget states will always be preserved or recoverable.

11. Updates and Modifications

• We may update, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
• Updates may change features, widgets, data sources, design, supported teams, supported tournaments, or legal notices.
• We are not obligated to support older versions of the App, older devices, or older operating systems.
• Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the updated App and Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind.
• Ugurcan Sari is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or other damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the App.
• This includes but is not limited to inaccurate football data, delayed scores, failed widgets, app crashes, lost preferences, service interruptions, third-party failures, rights restrictions, device issues, or production incidents.
• Where liability cannot be excluded by law, liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law or the amount you paid for the App or related purchases in the previous 12 months, whichever is lower where legally allowed.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ugurcan Sari from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful use of football data or app content.

14. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App or related services at any time if users violate these Terms, misuse the App, create technical or legal risk, or if third-party services or rights restrictions require changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
